Former Pulaski County Deputy Judge Arrest for 2nd DUI

Somerset, Kentucky (SPA)--- Former Pulaski County Deputy Judge has new legal trouble after a DUI arrest early this morning by the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department. Danny Estill Price, 55, of Somerset, KY, was booked into the Pulaski County Detention Center at 4:41 a.m. on August 10, 2025. According to the arrest citation, he faces multiple charges, including:

  • Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol (.08), 2nd offense 
  • Wanton Endangerment – 1st Degree
  • Improper Passing
  • Careless Driving

All charges are currently pending. Price was arrested by Deputy N. Dishman (Badge #1129) of the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department. No bond has been set for any of the charges. Price remains lodged in the Pulaski County Detention Center at press time. Price is scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 11, 2025, in Pulaski District Court.
