As part of SPA’s ongoing public accountability initiative, we are inviting citizens to evaluate four elected county offices using a standardized performance framework. The survey, along with other data points, will be used on upcoming reports.

Each office is assessed using consistent criteria aligned to statutory responsibilities and common public-sector administrative standards. Responses are anonymous and will be aggregated for reporting purposes.

This survey is designed to collect structured citizen feedback. It does not allege misconduct and does not replace official audits or investigations. Results will be reported in aggregate form.

How to Share Your Feedback

There are four short surveys, one for each office. Each survey uses a 1-5 rating scale (deficient, needs improvement, adequate, strong, exemplary).

After rating each office, you will have the option to provide additional comments. Comments are optional and anonymous.
