Healings and miracles happen through faith! When you ask, believe it is done and give praise as if so! Faith is what moves us to the Lord in salvation and faith is what continues to move us through our relationship.

Do you find yourself over and over asking the Lord to take a burden but you’re not in faith releasing it to him? Do you find yourself wanting to be healed, but maybe you don’t believe that God will do it for you? Maybe the healing will come, but for this time you have not accepted that you must go through this season of pain to really increase that faith remove in you what needs to be pulled out so you can in faith fully glorify God. When you pray and ask, have faith that it will be done. Ask the Lord to give you wisdom & discernment to help you understand if you have a lack of faith in asking or if it’s just not his will yet because he has other plans throughout the process.

Shift those continuous prayers to “Lord, I believe and I know you will, thank you for being good. I know it may not look how I want it to look, but I praise you, because you will do it and it will be for your glory.” Do not underestimate your faith, the power of prayer and the chains that can break through praise.

If you are waiting for a miracle or a healing, it’s time to believe that it is going to be done for you! If you struggle with believing, it’s time to take that unbelief, doubt and concern to God to understand why. “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7) This is a promise that through faithful, persistent prayer and a genuine pursuit of God that if you are truly seeking him, that you will find His presence, wisdom, and answers. We can watch the power of God unfold and through our faith we can feel a peace that surpasses all understanding through any situation. If we seek the Lord will find him. If we knock, the door will be opened and he will answer. Understand that his answers may not be what we expect or even want, but know you serve a good God who knows everything you need before you ask and honestly knows you better than yourself.

Ask today and believe it will be done.

  • Reflect on Mark 11 with the Fig tree and Jesus's response once the fig tree was dried up.
  • Mark 11:24, how you apply that in your life? Are you asking without believing?
  • Take time to pour your heart and to see where you are lacking faith or belief within those prayers.
  • Praise the Lord as if it is already done.

Take the guided prayer today as a starting point to your own prayer.

Lord,

I thank you for the all the answered prayer. I ask that you show and reveal to me any area that I am lacking in faith to ask or the faith to believe that you will move in a situation. I pray for insight and understanding and today I pour myself out to you.

In Jesus name,

AMEN
